Senior Managing Director

Todd is our Senior Managing Director responsible for private credit investing in the west coast technology/energy technology markets. Todd has over 18 years of experience in direct private credit investing and venture lending.

Prior to joining our team, Todd was Managing Partner of Elevated Debt Solutions (EDS), a boutique private credit firm focused on helping high-growth, venture-backed companies raise capital through structured debt and venture debt financing. Todd also formerly served as Managing Partner at Structural Capital and has held senior-level positions with Tennenbaum Capital Partners, Hercules Capital and TriplePoint Capital. In addition, Todd has over a dozen years in venture capital. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
