Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Managing Director

Kevin is our Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Managing Director responsible for leading Horizon’s portfolio management efforts. Most recently, Kevin was responsible for business development in the West Coast technology markets. Prior to that, Kevin was our Vice President and Senior Credit Officer responsible for underwriting and portfolio management. Kevin has over 25 years of experience working with early stage, venture capital-backed technology and life science companies.

Prior to joining Horizon, Kevin served as Senior Vice President for Bridge Bank, N.A.’s Technology Banking and Capital Finance divisions. Earlier in his career, Kevin was a Vice President and Relationship Manager in Silicon Valley Bank’s West Coast technology lending efforts. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward.
